When you send us a sample, the purpose is simple: to review the material, understand what you need, and respond to your enquiry.
What we receive
Sample requests may include your name, email address, book details, manuscript stage, selected service, your description of what you need help with, and the DOCX or PDF sample you upload.
How we handle the sample
The file goes directly to the editorial inbox through the website. It is not put in a public uploads folder. We use the information you send to answer your enquiry and decide whether the requested service is a good fit.
Marketing
A sample request does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. Any separate newsletter or marketing subscription should be an explicit choice.
